Quantity Surveyor - 1MQS2
Responsibilities:
- To receive, handle and take custody all-tender and contract documents, insurance policies, warranties, performance bond
- To coordinate and follow up with Consultants on issues related to project pursuant to Client-Consultant meeting
- To check, evaluate and prepare certification for Consultant Professional fees
- To check and prepare certification for contractor progress payment
Requirements:
- Possess SPM with Credit in Mathematics/ Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or Building Science or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in preparation of cost plan and tender documents, familiar with PAM form contract
- Must posses own transport
- Any Gender
- Any Race
- Age between 23 – 40
Other Information:
- Salary Offered: RM 3, 000 + Other Benefits
- Working Hours / Days: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
- Work Location: Kuala Lumpur
