Responsibilities :
-To prepare the full sets of accounts up to balance sheet and income statement
-Maintenance of fixed assets
-Cash flow management, monitoring of bank balances and bank reconciliation
-Responsible for annual statutory reporting, budgeting and quarterly forecasting
-Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure efficient systems are in place and in compliance with regulatory requirements

Responsibilities :

- To generate credit card slips based on written authorization from agent in timely basis.
- To check and ensure the authenticity of credit card authorization from agent so that no dispute or charge back by Bank on the transaction.
- To key in credit card slips payment details in system.
- To follow up with agents for credit card declined and verification of credit card Authorization Form.
